As Director of Operations at Kingsmen Capital, Jennifer leads the coordination of national operational strategy and execution, supporting the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to service excellence across Canada. With a focus on streamlining internal processes, enhancing the client experience, and empowering team performance, she plays a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with Kingsmen’s long-term goals.

Jennifer is also part of the leadership team behind the launch of our new Alberta office, which officially opened in Calgary in July 2025. With a strong background in finance and business development, she is passionate about expanding access to flexible financing solutions for businesses from coast to coast.
